An angry Arsenal fan invaded the pitch during the Emirates cup clash between Arsenal and Benfica and verbally abused Gunners boss Arsene Wenger. In the first-half of the tie, the irate fan ran on to the pitch and headed straight to the Arsenal dog-out before the steward tackled him. The fan appeared to have rain curses on the Arsene Wenger, who responded to the supporter before the stewards led angry fan away from the pitch. The Gunners boss, who has been a divisive figure among Arsenal faithfuls in recent months, has not won the premier league title since 2004. Wenger signed a two years contract extension with Arsenal despite fans agitation for his resignation. The new deal will extend Arsene Wenger's stay at the London club to twenty-one years. Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud and Alex Iwobi all found the back of the net as Arsenal began their Emirates cup campaign with a 5-2 victory over Portuguese giants Benfica.

Brazilian attacker, Neymar Junior has reportedly stormed out of Barcelona training ground after clashing with new signing Nelson Semando. Barcelona has agreed personal terms with Liverpool's Brazillian midfielder Philippe Coutinho, according to Spanish news outlet Marca. Marca reported that popular spaniah Radio station RAC 1 revealed that the catalan have reached an agreement with the former Internazionale and Espanyol midfielder. A building in lagos island area of lagos state collapesed this afternoon. We gathered that the building collapesed as a result of the telecommunication mast that was erected on it last two weeks. At least 18 people has been reportedly rescued by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) as a four-storey building collapsed in Massey/karena area of lagos island. According to eye witness reported who identified himself as Lucas, the incident occured earlier today 25th july, 2017 at about 2pm. He also said the building was collapsed because of a telecommunocation mast that was erected there two weeks ago. African football governing body CAF make significant changes to AFCON

The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations will be held in June and July, the Confederation of African Football has confirmed. The tournament is usually held in January and February, causing disputes with European clubs who had to release players in the middle of the season. The 2019 event in Cameroon will be contested by 24 teams, instead of 16. The changes were rubber-stamped by the CAF executive committee in a meeting in the Moroccan capital Rabat. Africa's flagship sporting event has featured 16 teams since 1996. The expansion of the tournament could create problems for Cameroon, which will host the next finals, with the Central African nation's sports minister having to deny reports that preparations were behind schedule. The competition will continue to be held every two years, in Africa and only with African countries. Barcelona has signed Portuguese full back Nelson Semando from Portuguese giants Benfica, the player will cost the Catalans €30m plus €5m in add-ons. Semando is Ernesto Valverde's second signing since he takes over from Luis Enrique, who resigned last season. Although the two clubs have not made the move official but various sources insist that Semando has signed for the Blaugrana. The 23 year-old full back, who has been capped six times by Portugal national team, became the second most expensive defender in Barcelona's history, following the 36 million euros Barça paid Sevilla for the service of Dani Alves in 2008. Semando, who joined Benfica in 2015, made over 60 appearances, scoring four goals for the Portuguese Premiera Liga Champions.

Ajax confirm that Abdelhak Nouri's brain is permanently damaged

Ajax Amsterdam has confirmed that the brain of their player, Abdelhak Nouri, who collapsed during a friendly match against werder bremen, is completely damaged. After the 20 year-old player collapsed during the match, he was revived and assisted by the medical staffs, who helped him get to the hospital. After the horrible incident, Ajax reported on the 10th of July,that the player has regained consciousness and his heart is working normally but they needed to test the brain to ensure every part of his body is functioning very well. Sadly, on Thursday, July 13, 2017, Ajax confirmed that the player's brain is damaged and the chances of recovery is zero. Real Madrid training based evacuated after bomb scare

Students at  University of California, Los Angeles  (UCLA) campus were evacuated from the students' residence last night after a  bomb threat  was received, local media reports. A suspicious package was found in the campus recreation area. The University evacuated three students' residence blocks located in the central area of the campus after receiving a bomb threat phone call, UCLA spokesman   Brian Haas confirmed. At 22:00 hours local time (7am in the morning in Spain) the campus emergency alarm was sounded and the first warnings started to appear on social networking media: "Emergency alert: Please evacuate to Drake Stadium".  Police, with sniffer dogs combed the area but no signs of explosives have been found. Armed Spanish tax authorities agents carried out an inspection on Cristiano Ronaldo's yacht in Ibiza on Wednesday, according to pictures published by Spanish weekly magazine 'Hola'. Three Armed tax agents were seen boarding the yacht rented by the Real Madrid superstar after he returned from Belaric island of Formentara, where he had his lunch. The player, his girlfriend and his mother remained calm in the yacht as the three Armed tax agents carried out their inspection, which lasted for an hour and thirty minutes. The Spanish Tax authorities had earlier accused the Portuguese skipper of 14.7million Euro tax evasion . As a result of the accusation, the 32 year-old threatened to leave Real Madrid.

Dani Alves has completed his surprised move to Paris Saint-Germain, the French club said on Wednesday. "I am extremely happy to have joined PSG," Alves said after signing a two-year contract following his release by Juventus. "The past few years I saw the formidable growth of the club and its place as one of the strong teams in European football. It is exciting to be a part of this grand project," added the 34-year-old full-back. The Brazilian had seemed likely to link up with his former Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. Alves spent four years under Guardiola in Spain, winning the Champions League twice in that time, but a reunion never materialised.

Arsenal unveils their third kit for the new season

Laurent Koscielny and Petr Cech are among the models as Arsenal unveiled their third Jersey for the new season on Wednesday in Sydney, Australia. The London club will wear a grey and black shirt with a pink trim next season, when their home and away kits clashes with that of their opponents. New signing Alexandre Lacazette, Olivier Giroud, Mesut Ozil and Nacho Monreal are the other models at the unveiling of Arsenal's new third kit in Australia.  Contract rebel, Alexis Sanchez, who is still on holiday after his participation at the confederation cup in Russia, also features on the marketing photoshoot. Chelsea are Closing on signing Real Madrid full back Danilo Luiz Da Silva. The premier league champions are willing to pay 31 million euro for the Brazilian, according to a report in Brazil. Juventus are believed to be leading the chase for the Danilo's signature but Brazil's media outlets UOL Esporte reported on twitter that the London based club are on the verge of signing the ex Porto full back. The European and Spanish Champions are expected to received £31.5 from Chelsea for the sale of Danilo,  who joined from Portuguese giant FC Porto in 2015. Chelsea defender joins Hull city on loan

Championship side Hull city has announced the signing of Ola Aina from Chelsea on a season long-loan. Aina, who made some handful appearances for Chelsea last season,  is the first singing of Hull city new coach Leonid Slutsky, who took over from Marco Silva in June. "Tiger's has signed 20 year-old right back Ola Aina on a season long-loan from premier league champions Chelsea." the club said in a statement. The 20 year old Chelsea youth academy graduate made his first-team debut in the league cup win against Bristol Rovers last season. He made his premier league debut against Leicester city in October last year and has made a total of six first-team appearances for the blues. Aina said: "it's my first loan move away from Chelsea and I just want to hit the ground running." Temitayo Olaoluwa Aina, who has represented England at the Under 16 through to under 20 level, has committed his international future to Nigeria.

James joins Bayern Munich on a two years loan deal

He used to be a Manchester United player but Philip Murlryne has been ordained as a priest in a Catholic Church in Dublin, Ireland. The former midfielder used to play alongside United legends such as the Neville brothers, Ryan Giggs and David Beckham. The 39 year-old chosed to become a priest ahead of the traditional post-retirement option of coaching or punditry. He was ordained by Archbishop Joseph Augustine Do Noia on Saturday. He retired from professional football at the age of 31 due to persistent injuries. He began his journey to priesthood after his retirement. Murlryne, who made his debut for Alex Ferguson's Manchester United side in 1997, also played for Norwich city,  Cardiff City, Leyton Orient and king's Lynn.
