Nigerian Music producer Mastercraft and Pop star CDQ  trolled Dammy Krane on Twitter following the singer's arrest over grand theft in United States.  CDQ and Mastercraft accused the detained singer of using a cell-phone in jail, CDQ said 'I never knew dey allow phone in cell nowadays to tweet' then Mastercraft replied in hilarious manner. Last month I cried unto God over the situation of poor, weak, neglected and abandoned sick patients in a hospital in Owerri. My attention was first drawn to a woman, who was 'detained' in the medical facilities for inability to pay her hospital bills for a period of 4months after she got discharged. A man identified as Onyebuchi Emenanka who graduated years back from Abia State University (ABSU) has paid a 20-year-old debt to a carpenter who helped him almost twenty years ago. A South African woman identified as Thembisile Ntaka has claimed she's still a Virgin, Ntaka revealed she still attends  Umhkosi WoMhlanga ( A ceremony for virgin) at the age of 52. The woman said in a social cohesion dialogue; ''Even at my age I still go to Umhkosi womhalanga. I began this journey when I was 14 years old. I got a lot of people criticising me for being a virgin and not having children. Some even tell me I will die a lonely woman. But that does not make me want to change my life. " I'm the last born at home. My eight siblings got married and left me with my brother's two children." She added Thembisile said she always hear her brothers' friends saying bad things about the girls they had slept wih. "I decided then I didn't want to be one of those girls." She said. Ntaka encouraged the younger ones to remain virgin till marriage.

Moji Olaiya's daughter Adun, has insisted that the remain of her mother should be buried in Nigeria regardless of what other people are saying. The late actress was a practising Muslim who converted from Christianity as an adult, and certain members of her family are suggesting that she be interred today according to Muslim rites. But her 20-year-old daughter, Adun is having none of that and insists that her mother’s corpse be brought back for burial in Nigeria. Although family members ushered her into a secluded room to calm her down, the grieving young lady kept repeating that she wants to see her mother. "She must be brought back,’ Adun said. ‘I don’t care what anybody says, I just want my mother’s body." It could, however, be difficult to bury her the same day as internments are costly in developed countries. In Canada where she died, funeral costs can rise as high as $15,000. Flying her body back on th e other hand could cost around half that figure.

A Nigerian man who was arrested after the drug squad raided his hotel room on Wednesday, May 2, 2017 will remain in custody until the criminal court decides on his sentence, a court has decreed today.   The Nigerian man was identified as Thomas Uchenna Onyema, appeared before the magistrate, Francesco Depasquale, on Thursday morning, charged with complicity in trafficking of cocaine. According to an official statement, the 49-year-old Nigerian national was arrested after officers from the drug squad carried out a raid on his St Paul's Bay hotel room and discovered 50 capsules of cocaine in circumstances indicating that they were not intended for his personal use. Uchenna who gave his profession as “security guard”, pleaded guilty to charges of complicity in the importation of cocaine, as well as the importing and possession of the drug. The court solemnly warned the accused of the consequences of pleading guilty to the charges. Onyema proceeded to confirm his plea of gu
