Real Madrid training based evacuated after bomb scare


Students at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) campus were evacuated from the students' residence last night after a bomb threat was received, local media reports. A suspicious package was found in the campus recreation area.

The University evacuated three students' residence blocks located in the central area of the campus after receiving a bomb threat phone call, UCLA spokesman Brian Haasconfirmed. At 22:00 hours local time (7am in the morning in Spain) the campus emergency alarm was sounded and the first warnings started to appear on social networking media: "Emergency alert: Please evacuate to Drake Stadium". 

Police, with sniffer dogs combed the area but no signs of explosives have been found. At midnight, students were from Dykstra Halland De Neve Plaza Hall were allowed to return to their digs.
