Chelsea has announced the signing of Germany defender Antonio Rudiger from Italian side AS Roma in a deal worth 31 million euros. Antonio Rudiger underwent a medical on Sunday before penning a five year-deal with the premier league club. The deal includes additional payment which could take the fee to £35m from the initial £31m.
