VIDAL JOINS BARCELONA


Spanish champions, Barcelona has officially announced the signing of Chile combative midfielder Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munche.

The former Juventus midfielder was said to have rejected offer from Internazionale in other for him to join Messi and co in Camp Nou. Vidal will be tasked to fill the hole left by Xavi and Iniesta in the Barcelona midfield.

The fee is said to be in the region of 20 million euros, Vidal who has missed out on winning the champions league in the past will hope his move to the Catalan side will help him lift the coveted trophy.

The 31 year-old spent three successful seasons with Bayern Munche, winning three Bundesliga titles, one DFB Pokal and one DFL super cup. He played 132 games and scored 22 goals.

'There is no going back, am leaving Real Madrid' - Ronaldo told his international team-mates on friday

Cristiano Ronaldo has told his international team-mates that he is going to leave Real Madrid this summer and nothing can make him change his decision according to Madrid based publication Marca . The 32 year-old is very upset that he is currently facing proceedings over a claim that he defrauded the Spanish tax authorities 14.7 million euros. Cristiano, who had threatened to leave the Spanish capital if he is convicted,  feels he has been unjustly judged and Maltreated. " I am Leaving Real Madrid. Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed that his girlfriend Georgina Rodriquez is pregnant with his fourth child. The Portuguese skipper, who recently welcomed a set of twins (Eva and Mateo), has revealed to EL Mundo LOC's Magazine that he will become a father again. He also has a seven year-old son, cristiano Junior, who was also born by a surrogate mother. "Am happy for what is coming." the 32 year-old told the famous Spanish sport magazine. Rodriquez, 22, who is a spanish model, started dating the four-time ball on d'or winner in November last year.
