The ex Manchester United striker told Jimmy Kemmel Live that he would go to the world cup at his own accord, but he was careful with his choice of words. He said "Am going to the World Cup, yes. if i say more, they will hang me, so i have to be very careful what i say,"
"A World Cup without me wouldn't be a World Cup." he concluded.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is the Swedish national team all time highest goalscorer, scored 62 goals in 116 games for the Blagult.
