Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted that he want to leave Spain and return back to England, just days before the UEFA Supercup clash between Real Madrid and his former club Mancheater united.

The 32 year-old reportedly told the Judge during his appearances at the court that the fact that he never experienced any tax issues in England could see him quit Spain and go back to the United Kingdom, where he spent six years with Manchester united.

Popular spanish Radio station Cadena Ser reported on friday, August 4, that Cristiano told the presiding judge "I never had any problem in England...and that why i want to go back to England."

The four-time Ballon d' winner joined Real Madrid from Manchester united in the then world record £80m deal in 2009.

Ronaldo, who is still facing allegation of tax fraud worth about €15 million in the iberian nation, scored 118 goals for Manchester united during his six years stay with the Premier league club.
