Neymar moves above Messi and Ronaldo on the highest paid player list


Paris saint-germain new boy Neymar junior has become the second highest paid footballer in the world following his mouth-watering move from La liga giants Barcelona to France.

 The 25 year-old Brazilian has toppled the likes of  Real Madrid superstars Gareth Bale, Criatiano Ronaldo,  ex PSG forward Ezekiel Lavezi and his former Barcepona tram-mate Lionel Messi on the list of world's highest earning footballers.

Despite his big money move to the french capital the Brazilian wages is short of Carlos Tevez's £650,000 wages at his Chinese Super League club Shenghai Shenhua. The former Barcelona forward will take home £500,000 every week.

Former Manchester united and City striker Carlos Tevez top the list of World's highest paid footballer with his eye-watering £34million salary with Shanghai Shenhua.

Neymar will earn annual salary of £26 million at his current club, he is second on the list while Ezekiel Lavezi, who moved to Hebei China Fortune from PSG in Febuary 2016 , occupied the third spot with his £24 million annual salary.

Former Chelsea midfielder Oscar is believe to earn the same salary as Barcelona talisman Lionel Messi. The South America pair takes home £22.5 million annually (£432,600 per week).

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is the sixth highest paid footballer, he earn £19 million per year (£365,000 weekly) placing him above his Real Madrid team-mate Gareth Bale whose annual salary is £18.25 million (£350,000 per week).

Brazil Star, Hulk is another star plying his trade in the Chinese Super League. He plays for Shanghai SIPG, he is the eighth highest paid footballer, he takes home £317,000 per week (£16.5m per year).

Former Roma and Arsenal forward Gervinho is the only African to appear on the top ten list. The Ivorian, who now play for Hebei China Fortune, rake in £16.25 million yearly (£312,500 per week).

Belgium international Axel Witsel complete the top ten, the Ex-Zenith Petersburg midfielder also takes home £312,500 per week (£16.25m yearly).

There is no space in the top ten for premier league top earner, Paul Pogba, who earn 290,000 pounds per week at Manchester united.

'There is no going back, am leaving Real Madrid' - Ronaldo told his international team-mates on friday

Cristiano Ronaldo has told his international team-mates that he is going to leave Real Madrid this summer and nothing can make him change his decision according to Madrid based publication Marca . The 32 year-old is very upset that he is currently facing proceedings over a claim that he defrauded the Spanish tax authorities 14.7 million euros. Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed that his girlfriend Georgina Rodriquez is pregnant with his fourth child. The Portuguese skipper, who recently welcomed a set of twins (Eva and Mateo), has revealed to EL Mundo LOC's Magazine that he will become a father again. He also has a seven year-old son, cristiano Junior, who was also born by a surrogate mother. "Am happy for what is coming." the 32 year-old told the famous Spanish sport magazine.
