Twenty quickest players to score 50 Premier League goals


After Diego Costa brace against Southampton put him among the premier league players to have scored  half century of goals in the league. Costa becomes the 8th quickest player to score 50 goals in the premier league with his brace against the saints.

The spanaird also becomes the fastest Chelsea player to achieved the landmark in the premier league Era.

Former Manchester United goal poacher Andrew Cole is the quickest player to netted 50 times in the Premier League.  The striker achieved this feat in just 65 Premier League appearances.


 Former England striker Alan Shearer is in the second position. The Ex Blackburn and Newcastle United man netted 50 Premier League goals in just 66 matches.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy reached the 50 goal mark in 68 games, while Fernando Torres needed 72 matches to reached the milestone.

Sergio Aguero achieved the landmark in his 81st game. Arsenal legend Thierry Henry took 83 games to do it for the Gunners.

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed that his girlfriend Georgina Rodriquez is pregnant with his fourth child. The Portuguese skipper, who recently welcomed a set of twins (Eva and Mateo), has revealed to EL Mundo LOC's Magazine that he will become a father again. He also has a seven year-old son, cristiano Junior, who was also born by a surrogate mother. "Am happy for what is coming." the 32 year-old told the famous Spanish sport magazine.
