N'golo Kante wins PFA player of the year Accolade


Chelsea midfield maestro N'golo Kante had been named the best player in the Premier League by his fellow players. The French international saw off competitions from the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Harry Kane, Eden Hazard, Zlantan Ibrahimovic and Alexis Sanchez.

The tireless midfielder said " To be chosen by the players to be player of the year means a lot to me.
It means the world to be chosen and it's been two beautiful seasons, one with Leicester, and we are in good form with Chelsea. To be player of the year, it's a great honor.'

On his move from Leicester to Chelsea, kante said : "it's a different type of playing, but with the manager, with the players, everything is easy, because we work a lot to be good in the games. It's working very well.

On his Coach, the midfielder said: He knows what he want from his players. He want to win and we work very very hard for him in training . He put a winning mentality in the squad and everyone want to give their all for the team, and make Chelsea win titles.

The former Leicester midfielder acknowledged the fact that they face a tough win either the Premier League or the FA cup. Tottenham are just four points behind in the league while Arsenal will be very desperate to save their season in the FA cup.

" We are going to fight for both competitions" said Kante
" The cup is just a game, and the league is Six games, we are going to give our best to win these competitions".

Tottenham Hotspur's Midfielder Dele Ali won the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) young player of the year award.



Former Real Madrid midfielder David Beckham followed his former Manchester United teammate Ryan Giggs in receiving the PFA's Merit Award for his contributions to the game.

Cristiano Ronaldo confirms the birth of his twin sons

Real Madrid and Portuguese Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo took to his official Facebook page to confirmed the arrival  of his twin sons, after Portugal's semi-final defeat to Chile in the ongoing FIFA Confederation Cup in Russia. Sportainment reported earlier this month that the 32 years-old gave birth to twins via Surrogate mother, Cristiano reportedly named the twins Eva and Mateo. "I was in the service of National team, as always, body and soul even though my two sons were born. Unfortunately, we have not been able to achieve the main sporting objectives that we wanted, but am sure we will continue to give joy to the Portuguese. Cristiano Ronaldo becomes a father again

According to Portuguese TV Channel SIC, Real Madrid Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has given birth to twins via a surrogate mother on the west coast of United State. According to the report, the highest paid athlete in the world became a father on the 8th of June. The player named the children Eva and Mateo. Eva and Mateo join Six year old Cristiano junior, who was also born via surrogate mother. There is no official confirmation from Ronaldo's camp.
